These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sere, Inc. ("Sere," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website at getsere.com, our waitlist, and our telehealth and prescription delivery services (collectively, the "Services").
By using any part of our Services, including signing up for the waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
To use Sere's Services, you must:
Sere does not provide services to minors. If you are under 18, you may not use our Services. If we discover that a minor has used our Services, we will terminate the account and delete associated information.
Sere is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed clinicians for asynchronous evaluation and, where clinically appropriate, prescription of compounded treatments for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).
Our Services include:
Sere's clinical services are available only in states where we have licensed clinicians authorized to prescribe. We will communicate state availability at and after launch.
Sere's asynchronous model means clinicians review intakes within 24–48 hours and may not be available to respond immediately to urgent inquiries. Do not use Sere if you require immediate medical attention.
All clinical determinations are made by independently licensed clinicians, not by Sere as a company. Sere provides the platform and technology; clinicians exercise independent medical judgment.
A clinician may decline to prescribe treatment for any reason, including but not limited to contraindications identified in your intake, incomplete or inaccurate information, or clinical judgment that treatment is not appropriate for you. Sere does not guarantee that any patient will be approved for treatment.
The information you provide in your intake must be complete and accurate. Providing false or incomplete medical history may result in a clinician making decisions without full information and may put your health at risk. Knowingly providing false medical information is a material breach of these Terms.
Treatment provided through Sere does not constitute a comprehensive medical examination or ongoing primary care relationship. Sere's clinicians are not your primary care providers. You should continue to see your primary care provider and disclose any treatments you receive through Sere.
Sere's current pricing is:
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. We will notify active subscribers of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
HSA and FSA cards may be used for eligible expenses. Whether a particular treatment qualifies as an eligible HSA/FSA expense depends on your plan and applicable IRS rules. We recommend confirming eligibility with your plan administrator.
Consultation fee: the $35 consultation fee is non-refundable. It covers the clinical review, which begins when you submit your intake.
Subscription: you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive your prescription and clinician access through the end of the period for which you have paid. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Unopened medication: due to the nature of compounded prescription medications and legal requirements, we cannot accept returns of prescription products. If you receive a shipment that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@getsere.com and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
To cancel your subscription, contact us at hello@getsere.com or use the cancellation option in your account settings (available at launch).
